Neither Program 10 Ltd, PT In Your Pocket, nor any of its coaches and employees, agents or representatives, can offer direct medical care or diagnosis. We do not render any medical advice and we strongly recommend that you seek professional medical advice before embarking on any of our programs.

If you have any underlying health or ongoing medical conditions, none of the meal plans or exercise programs should be performed or otherwise used without clearance from your physician or health care provider first. The information we provide is not intended to give specific physical or mental health advice, other than what our expertise and qualifications enable us to do so.

Any of our programs followed, as with any exercise program, can cause injury if not performed correctly. Thorough instructions, exercise technique and workout form is outlined for all exercises and we expect these to be adhered to and followed for maximum results, thus reducing the risk of injury, even for those in good health. You have a responsibility to use your own personal judgement, as well as any other considerations, before acting on any of the content provided by us. If you participate in these above risks, you do so at your own risk. You are using our plans, programs, workouts and coaching at your own risk and we are not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience, including death, as a result of using our plans. 

Personal Plans

Any Personal Plan will have been prepared on the basis of information provided by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information that you provide to us. You are responsible for informing us of any health issues or medical conditions when asking us to prepare a Personal Plan. This includes any dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances for the nutritional aspect of the plan, as well as any injuries and medical conditions, as stated above in product use.

The information set out in any Personal Plan may relate to certain contexts and may not be suitable in other contexts. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not use the information we provide in the wrong context. For example, where a program was tailored for a woman who was not pregnant, this would not be appropriate for her to use after becoming pregnant. It is therefore your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, well-being, medical history or injuries along the way.

Expected Results

While we believe that for most people, following our programs and methods will lead to their desired results, all exercise programs depend on the individual. Results will be affected by the effort and commitment of the individual, and how well and acutely you follow our advice and expertise. 

However in some circumstances, even where an individual follows our program, they may not achieve the desired results. We therefore provide no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to:

  1. the effectiveness of any techniques, diets or programs that we deliver; or
  2. the results that you may achieve as a result of following our programs; or
  3. your results may vary and you may not get the same results compared to someone else when using our services due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal motivation/dedication. The end results you get will depend upon the individual and how much effort you put in.

All testimonials contained on our website or in our content are real people who have followed the plans provided by us. For the avoidance of any doubt, however, they are not indicative of the results that you are likely to achieve, rather they are included as examples of the results that particular individuals have achieved. They are meant as a showcase of what the most motivated and dedicated people can achieve by following our personalised meal plans and workout programs. Your results may vary and you may not get the same results compared to someone else when using our services. This is due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal motivation/dedication.

PROGRAM 10 is not a fad diet, this is not a quick fix, compared to previous diets you may have tried. You must be prepared to make some changes, and open your mind to the advice that is given to you, which is backed by science, knowledge and years of experience, working with 1000’s of clients.

Billing Information and Refund Policy

When signing up to Program 10, your payment will secure your place on the upcoming course, and will be charged automatically. Payment is required to to begin collecting and correlating all the information we require and acquire from you. This is so we are able to begin creating your personalised plans.

When you purchase any of the programs from Program 10 Ltd, or digital products via this site, you agree to no refunds. This is because the content is individually created for the consumer and delivered instantly to the consumer.

Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:

  • Within the initial 48 hours of payment, which is within our allocated cooling off period.
  • If there was a technical issue and the content was never recovered by the buyer.
  • If the transaction was not genuine due to card fraud, etc.
  • If there is a duplicate order or payment.

PT In Your Pocket does not offer any refunds as this is a subscription product, but you may cancel future subscriptions at anytime by emailing us at  to cancel your subscription. Cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to the next expected payment for any ongoing subscriptions.
